Finally, after many debates with myself and much procrastination, it's here. I held this collab back in September and October to commemorate the 20th anniversary of Ray - Part 1.

I'm frankly amazed at the outcome: over 80 characters submitted by nearly 60 contributors. All of the characters bar KokoroHatsaru's can be found in this thread. Let's see what kind of chaos they can unleash in this peaceful mountain town!
