Really amazing! Your works just continue to impress me more and more.
New fantasy music. This piece took about 5.5 weeks for me to write, which is longer than usual for me, so I'm happy to finally share!
Here it is on my YouTube channel (please subscribe!).
This one had some story/imagery with it:
You enter into a lush forest and discover the ruins of an ancient temple overgrown and covered in plant life that has been reclaiming this land for hundreds, if not thousands, of years. As you walk through the ruins, you find a stairway down. You enter and find roots and branches have made their way down into this area, the ceiling above cracked in places that allow sunlight to filter through and allows plants to grow even here. You find writings on some of the walls that remain intact with carved pictures of an ancient hero with a mystic sword. A tale of their triumph over the forces of darkness is depicted. As you explore, you come to an arch that opens into a large area that was once an enclosed room, but now is open to a canopy of trees above and is green and lush, reclaimed by the forest. Sunlight filters down and grass is growing between the cracks in the stone tiles.
In the center of the room is a stone dais covered in moss and small flowers, dust motes shimmering as they slowly fall through beams of sunlight to the ground. Something glimmers, obscured by a streak of dark shadow. Even so, it catches the light just enough to also catch your interest. You approach the dais where there appears to be... an ancient sword. You grab the hilt, and as you do, memories of past lives rush into your mind. You see someone who you recognize as yourself, but not you as you currently are, as they defeat an ancient evil over and over again throughout the ages. You now know you were destined to take this sword and defeat that ancient evil once again.
