Track 4 of "Death of a Prodigy". It might be taboo to release a remix as an original song, but it's free (and I credited Seprix), so what the hell! Also, I kinda strayed from the original genre of the album. I was going to make it strictly medieval, but I'm not good at keeping promises I make to myself.
This song was really difficult to make, because after a while it became very performance demanding. My computer just couldn't handle all of the instruments!
Already at the mood setting intro, I knew this was going to be a great track :)
I listened to the original by seprix as well, as a comparison, and both versions are really good. I'm impressed by how well you managed to find the same chords and melodies too.
I actually like all the instrument choices, especially for the percussion. Great job ;)

Very good remix, larry :D! I actually just listened to the original, and I really like how you just didn't take the original and changed one or two things about it, but you made it into an entirely new song which gave me a totally different feeling than the original did :D. This was really done masterly. All the instruments blend in perfectly, the song arrangement is spot on and the composition is top notch :).
