I completely agree with you. A lot of Sonic CD US songs are great. My personal favorite is Wacky Workbench Present Mix. I also like the zone clear theme, Stardust Speedway (especially the Bad Future) and the Special Stage Theme.

I think this is the right move. I am completely late on this, didn't see this until very recently. And for everyone crying and bitching "Nooo you took our freedom of speech" shut your mouth because that's literally why it turned into tons of garbage. When I first joined Newgrounds due to FNF, there were tons of gatekeepers and debby downers everywhere! It was like no matter what people made, it didn't matter because people had to talk SO MUCH ABOUT HOW BAD THINGS ARE THESE DAYS. People come here to create, to share their works, to become better in their artistic, programming and develop talent! For such a place to turn into the bowels of Reddit is a shame, and it's all thanks to General and Politics running on free reign.
While I will miss the memes and the chill shitposts, I'm happy Newgrounds is focusing on its creative efforts and work. If people really are that unhappy about losing the BBS, just...go to Reddit? Or join a Discord server? It's really not that hard. Seriously.

I could do something similar to Castlevania Symphony of the Night's Festival of Servants (Miniboss Track) and do it 5/4 then 4/4 back and forth. Would keep the song consistent. I could see this being a sort of level theme.
