As my username suggests, I LOVE biblically accurate angels and anything weird. My character is a biblically accurate angel named Goodie. He's not a bad guy...just a little mischievous. The first drawing is of his larval form, while the second drawing is of his adult form. I felt like posting these two drawings because they are both quite similar to one another. Goodie loves eating demons, and will swallow them whole if they're unfortunate enough to fit inside of his mouth. He smells like wet dog and acts animalistic on purpose despite being as sentient as you or me. In my world, demon consumption among angels is not considered normal, so even by biblically accurate angel standards Goodie is weird, very weird.

His larval form is supposed to be tiny, but his adult form is around 2.5 metres/8 feet in length not including the tail section.

First drawing I did in Summer last year and it's of Cosmos from Transformers. It was birthday gift art for a really good friend of mine and I spent so long on that drawing it's not even funny. I swear by Paint Tool Sai and I've been using it for as long as I've been drawing digitally. It's such an underrated program. It's lightweight, feels amazing to use, and has a really good pen stabilization system! It still amazes me that it was created by just one guy

Pikmin!!

Pikmin is such a formative piece of media to me and it's what got me into drawing weird creatures. Many people have pointed out that my art reminds them of Pikmin and it honestly delights me to my core

The glitch in Skyrim where a giant clubs you and it sends you flying straight up into space like a rocket. I legit burst out laughing the first time I encountered it

I won't buy a game if I know that it contains AI generated images. As an artist who has personally had her art stolen for usage in an AI output, I take art theft very seriously. The output of AI image generators relies on the amalgamation of artworks that were taken without the consent of the artists. It's no different to commissioning an artist to draw for you except in this context the "artist" turns out to be someone who traces other people's art without their consent. I won't be giving art thieves any of my money.

It'll come out when it's finished. As Shigeru Miyamoto is often credited for saying: "a delayed game is eventually good, a rushed game is forever bad"

Everyone's method is going to vary, but I do the character first and then midway through I start a little on the background and then when I'm finished with the character I'll complete the background

I like pasta, angels and fish so I combined all three to create this fishy friend!

I love the title screen from Pikmin 3, combined with the music it's such a serene and whimsical thing, I love it and the game itself so much

Count Bleck from Super Paper Mario. He initially seems like such a generic bad guy, but he has a pretty heartbreaking motive and backstory that you only really see revealed right at the end of the game. Honestly Super Paper Mario had the best story in any Mario game and I'd love to see more of that type of narrative in Mario!

I decided to join social media at the start of this year, and over the months I kept Googling different social media and sites where you can post your art, and Newgrounds was one of them so I signed right up haha.

Pikmin 3 (it's my fave game of the series hehe)

I figured it out pretty quickly on my own but I can understand why so many people had trouble with it. It's the only instance where you even have to do that in the game if I'm remembering correctly, and there's not a single thing that hints towards it

I would love to have Pikmin 1 & 2 remade with more modern graphics

Of course it is! You're creating and designing something. Also Cirno is the best.

I value how smooth the gameplay runs and how fun it is over the graphics. When I dump games to play them on an emulator, I'll happily compromise on resolution/graphics mods if it means that the game runs smoother.

Biblically accurate angels drawn in a lineless soft shaded style. I try to make my drawings look as three dimensional as possible. I dunno if it's truly a niche but it's something I've gotten comfortable with!
