Hi, I saw a couple of other posts about a similar thing, about changing my username to the username of an inactive/empty account.

I spent a few months figuring out what username I wanted my art and stuff to be associated and finally settled on Hollowgraphic, I’ve begun changing it on all my other platforms since my current name was more of a placeholder.

However I checked newgrounds and the name is taken by a inactive/empty account here, so I’m wondering if it’d be possible to have my username changed to that (with only a uppercase H)

if I need to become a supporter to change it that’s all fine, but just wanted to see if it was possible first

I don't see why it should be a problem, maybe @TomFulp could add it to the list of features open to Supporters, the ability to request a username of an account that has not done anything on the website.

This is a sort of unofficial Supporter perk. In this case, I emailed the owner of that name because they were active beyond their initial sign-up and remained active until fairly recently, so I'm waiting to hear if they would be open to a different name of their choice.
