uploading cleared song featuring ai stem separation?

i am aware newgrounds has a strict policy against generative ai, which i totally agree with. however, i have run into a case that i'm unsure how to address

i'm working on a song that uses an acapella from a well-known 60's pop single, which i ripped using a neural network-based stem separator (specifically UVR). i did this not just because a studio acapella is unavailable as far as i'm aware but also because the model introduces some glitches that i liked and was appropriate for the style of the song

anyways, if i actually finish it and clear the song using something like easysong (which my distributor, symphonic, has partnered with, so it's legit), would i still be allowed to upload the song with the acapella to newgrounds?

thank you

I'm more concerned you'd be using material under copyright at this point.

To answer your question in short, no it wouldn't be allowed. You'd be using AI to take the work of someone else and incorporate it into your own work.

"Subtle use of AI is acceptable, for example if you are using AI-generated components as part of a larger original composition." in this case the AI component is not in any way original.
