A few days ago I published a joke game where you have to drag a square from point A to point B and a screamer appears at the end. What could be the reason for its removal from the game portal?
can I return it?

Check the Terms of Use and the Game Guidelines first to see what you might’ve violated. Mods are less inclined to help if you don’t make it clear you learned something from this.
Someone please help me revive my clubs

This sounds like a tutorial tier project, which aren't allowed nor are they wanted. Mods made the right call for this one.
You have a greater chance in life of experiencing the lazarus phenomenon (Being declared dead and then living again a short brief period later) than making some earth shattering masterpiece of a work.

I think you need 2.7 or greater to be saved. So it would have been blammed anyways.

not to mention scores can drop after the game is saved. you can also upload the tutorials as projects instead of publishing them, if you need to show it to a teacher or beta tester.

This usually doesn't cause a submission to be blammed, unless something has changed since I've been trolling the portal.

Tutorials ARE allowed, assuming they're of good quality. If they're spammy, they will probably be removed. I used to spam "shovelware" submissions back in the day. A lot of those have been removed over time.

You're right, the exact wording on the subject of tutorials is:
Your game must not be a modified version of someone else's work, including tutorial files.
But then again, some well known chucklefucks on the portal make a living of sorts off low effort shitposts. If OP had passed it off as an ironic joke and put it under the spam category, interesting enough, it might have been saved. Maybe.
