“We had recently finished ordering and assembling the parts for our first prototype model of Project Cadenza. The prototype model was in stasis for hours on end, but one of my coworkers noted that the first sign of activity from it should occur in a few minutes. Our project lead, Dr. ███████, stood motionless in front of the giant tube, staring intensely at the prototype.

Then, the prototype’s eyes opened.

For a couple minutes, all of us save the project lead couldn’t really do anything but watch in eerie amazement. The project lead suddenly let out a hearty laugh, uproariously crying out:

‘A new age of harmony is about to begin!’”
