Heh, thanks for your review.
Too long and better writing
Shorter and too the point would really help this. I realize they are bored but I get anxious for something interesting to happen. Also, some of the wording for your jokes is weak, think of how you can say them more clearly. Audio quality shifts between actors, throws off your vibe.
Kudos for trying clean subject matter, it's a lot harder than just saying ass and damn every ten seconds like a lot of the stuff 'round here. But if you are going to have your dialogue run the better part of your animation, it needs to be more solid, and more entertaining.

I know, Im natively Finnish so no wonder why my jokes arent so good sounding most of the time.
Also I'm still pretty much on "rookie" level with picking voices, so no wonder why they dont sound so good sometimes.

Somewhat good
After the first listening I had a good impression about it. I love the team anyway which is mostly why I watched it. Anyway, there is my review:
The humour was ok, with a storyline barely based on the game itself. The principle of having the reverse situation was somehow interesting but not pushed over to parody a lot the basics of the game itself. Some jokes weren't interesting while some were. The text reading Sigma could be skipped it wasn't a big deal for the viewer. It should have been presented or introduced somehow more like the real game for a maximum effect, since it's a game pardoy as well.
Graphics were drawed in a ok way. As exemple there were no shadowing effects in most of the case. Good point is the animation is well done with it. Mouths were well set on the voices and well animated as well. Backgrounds isn't the strong point ether but there again I didn't feel it as disturbing.
The voiceacting was good enough. No scratchy sounds from the microphone and about all the same voice level. That's good. Music choices from Megaman was nice and remembered me when I played those games. Always like to hear them. Most of the movie was dialogs anyway.
By the overall, I liked it and watched it twice. You have put efforts into this and the results are there. I hope you can experiment some more on the storylines. You are already skilled with the graphics. You are very close to succes.

Yeah, for this I didnt think so much about the storyline unlike what I did with the previous MMX shorts I have made (expect the first one).
But if you ever go to watch the older ones you will notice a really bif improvement in the graphics.
And same goes with the animation.
But backgrounds are something I should work on, I always find myself not having enough ideas for decent ones.

Not bad. Not bad at all.
It's pretty good. I liked the part where Zero wore "the scarf." XD
Could use a little bit of work on the humor, but it was entertaining though.
