Reviews for "CellCraft"

Terrific Game.

This is a literally awesome game, with legitimately good gameplay, in addition to being educational without pushing too hard.

I got showstopped on the level indigestion when the Golgi Body stopped producing toxins at 98% despite an abundance of all resources. This may have been due to my frantic queuing of Toxins as I tried to outlast the viruses by closing the gap.

Instead of acquiring organelles, why not have the nucleus build them, so that the bug could be creatively solved (allowing a player to replace a locked up organelle and recycle the old one just as if it had been damaged, rather than being a bug). Of course, that would leave the possibility of a nucleus locking up, and without an ability to divide it, unless the option to divide was located elsewhere.

Anyway, wonderful work on this game.

Pretty damn awesome game. Bugs suck though.

The toxin bug, earlier, and a movement bug, where the membrane wouldn't respond to any touching.

I did hugely enjoy the game though, and it was well worth it to get past the bugs.

With the learning content, you should definitely add some more information on peroxisomes and lysosomes in game. Maybe make the number of peroxisomes flash red if you have more organelles than peroxisomes, or make your lysosome number flash red if viruses that can be eaten by lysosomes attack, and the number is slightly low.

The problem is, with a lot of organelles, you forget what they do. If they need anything, you give them a load of resources, but they're good enough that they can survive on just a few. In game there are no consequences most of the time if you don't think about what they do.

I completely forgot about the centrosome, so you should give that a ability. Maybe, organelle push? So, you enable it, and all the organelles move a bit away from the nucleus, away from each other, at the cost of some ATP and amino acids. It was never that fun moving them slowly away.

AWESOME

Incredible game!
I learned more from it than from school, I'll surely show it to my teacher
Congratulations :D

this game

has enough information to prepare somone for an entire biology test!

Great for learning and fun

This game is probably the most educational one in all of newgrounds, and yet it is still extremely fun.
