Just for the record...
Sudowoodo can use Thunderpunch because it's a fighting move... even water pokemon can use Thunderpunch.

Yeah, it was almost exactly like the ASDF segment of the knife in the cake. So I'm comparing that to this.
The voice acting could be better. It seems to only be good when Sudowoodo was crying about his family.
Animation wasn't horrible. Meaning the words actually matched the mouth.
So the voice + the mostly copied idea = brought it down to a 9/10.
