Reviews for "Fateless"

It was fun trying to get everything, although the lack of multiple saves was tiresome. You might want to get a native speaker to proofread: some of the phrasing is unnatural, and some words are misspelt. I especially liked how Kevin could use the bow and arrow to save Michael on the "killing cult leader" route.

General tips:
* For the pipes section, you have to spin the wheel on the left after the pipes are in place.
* If you have the game open for a long time, the medals won't send. Refresh to fix.
* Abuse save state for the stealth parts. For the parts where there's no way to be out of the way of a cultist, you have to jump over them as they're changing direction.

Map Fragments:
* On the beach at the start, by the sea.
* Collapsing bridge, with Michael. Make Amy fall in the hole so she doesn't set off the trap early.
* Top right in the sliding blocks puzzle, after using the box on the button
* Next to the bow and arrow, with Kevin and Alex
* Above the bow and arrow section, at the top of the platforms after pushing the sliding block to the right and using the bottom button.
* Above the pipes, with Kevin and Alex

Killed Cultist Leader route:
* Bottom of the room accessed by the door before the large room platformer, with Amy
* Below the final platform in the large room platformer, with Amy

Misfortune:
* Amy gets trapped in the hole, Kevin shoots Alex (or Alex drowns), both Michael and Kevin get caught by cultists.

Everyone survives:
* Do the opposite of misfortune ;). If killing the cult leader, make sure Kevin has the bow and arrow and is "determined".

Don't play as Amy:
* Enter the door before the platformer section. Don't kill the cult leader.

Irreverent: Michael tells Amy he doubts she can do the early platformer bit.

Selfishness: After not shooting Alex, Kevin says he'd like to get out of here.

Empathy: After Michael and Amy get caught in the first stealth section, Alex tells Kevin they can't leave without Michael and Amy (while trying to save them, not while trying to escape on the boat). To unlock this conversation, try to find another way first, then enter the barricaded door.

I loved that you wrote an amazing essay describing every point of different outcomes. I'd say that Kevin and Amy are the easier to escape. I wanna export a kind of mobile port of this game and then I will try to fix some bugs like the ones you have described.

I like this kind of game

I loved this game! I just have one (well, two actually) criticism(s) that stopped it from getting a perfect rating; one, the metals bugged out on me and any of the metals that should have been awarded at the end of a run never were, two, the game is too short! For my tastes, anyway. Of course, Otherwise fixed both of those problems. I just felt moved to post this since this is also very good, but the medals bugging out really annoys me.

unfortunately I've not found a solution for this glitch. Perhaps it won’t be released this year but I’m working on a new project to fullfill the choice-driven trilogy, if u’re intressted 😉
