For me it has to be Iron Giant, that movie made me really love animation. One of my top favorite movies ever!
I think the biggest issue you are having is in regards to a proportion not so much about anatomy although, anatomy could use some work as well as mentioned above. If you are able to get the proportions right you will be better off. That being said, YOU NEED TO USE REFERENCES. I noticed you said that finding references is not easy for you, but I urge you to take the time to look for good references on both pinterest, google and also take pictures from life. A good reference will allow you to understand some anatomy and proportion concepts much easier than trying to figure things out from your mind. Lastly I suggest you spend some time doing figure drawing. This is a great tool to improve you figure drawing as well as your proportions and anatomy: https://line-of-action.com/practice-tools/figure-drawing

You're doing good so far! Keep going for sure! Excited to see what you'll post next.

I love the way you did this tbh. Really good work, my dude.
Man, I really considered drawing another goddamn helmet this year but I just couldn't figure out what else to do with it.
This is sorta what I made a year or two ago.
Jajaja this is hilarious! I love it.

I love the eyes on this one! nice work.
Whilst this is probably not my first drawing, this is definitely my first ever piece of art posted on here all drawn by me. I've grown so much since then.
I really dig your style! nice work overall, digging some of the more complex perspectives here. Great to see you try harder camera angles. Keep on posting.

Groovy indeed! Nice work! Love the feet on her.
Newgrounds definitely is a good place to post your art. There are a ton of artists here from all skill levels and we're all willing to provide feedback, tips, and suggestions for you to get to the next level. It also helps a ton to have a community of like-minded individuals with which you can bounce your ideas.
Instead of linking to the art portal alone, it helps a lot if you post the actual art pieces here. That will go along way towards getting more feedback on them, and if people like them having the link too will get you more views, but posting the link alone is usually a bad idea.
I personally love listening to podcasts while I work. I listen to ComicLabs, Jake and Amir's if I were you and I listen to Dnd podcasts.
Relax, and enjoy yourself. Newgrounds is about sharing. No one is expecting anything at all. Just do what is best for you always and if we like it, we'll like it, no expectations at all.
I don't know what Lobotomy Corporation is but these are neat! Keep up the great work.
How about a Mr.Mabs in there somewhere?
Cool idea! Hope it picks up traction and you get some nice submissions.
I personally don't use primacolors but I use spray paints for my mural work, and Montana Colors have this awesome app where you can find any color in your image and it'll give you a list of similar spray colors with their numbers and everything. I wonder if there's such an app like that for PrimaColors. That would be interesting.
Personally I love having my games physically but I'm also into a lot of indie stuff which can sometimes only come digitally, so I'll usually get the digital download first and if a physical copy comes out then I'll grab that years later for my collection. I also love going to thrift shops looking for bargain games and that's always fun.
Right here on Newgrounds is a great way to find casting calls and possible collabs to take part in, as mentioned above. I also like to browse this website every so often.
It's a good start. I think you should practice the principles of animation in order to improve greatly. Take a look at this video and start practicing each individual principle.
Rusty has been offline on planet Marshmellow for over 400 years. He used to work at the docks with fellow fishermen snipping fish into pieces for sushi chefs.
I personally have never remade any of my old art but I'm loving all the progress I'm seeing in this thread! Awesome work everyone.
I recently got an app called Moises on my phone and it works wonders. Check it out:
It's really easy to use too.
