If I do recall, they used to have that in there. Unless I'm remembering it wrong. But yes, there are a number of things that I think should be added to the rules page because there are number of rules that have been announced via threads that have sunken back into the bowels of the forums where no sane man will ever stumble upon them again. So, either add in the rules or link to the threads. I can't imagine it would be too hard to add.
