Well, that took all day to beat.
Here's the trick to beating the game.
Go into the 3rd mandatory survive area with full heath and food on both pigs and 8 bullets. Leave with at least 2 food and health and as many bullets as you can. That way you can make it straight to the last stage without stopping.
Slowly pick off the enemies in the last stage alternating from top to bottom. Then, you should have an opening to escape to the right.
Unfortunately I killed two innocents so I'm not sure if there is a super duper ending.
Edit: Just beat it without killing any innocents. No different ending.
Edit2: Not sure how to beat the game without rescuing the partner.
Fun game. Took awhile to beat.

That's indeed a good strat!
Another way i found is to go full food and meds from the 3rd boss fight, so to not fall into the shooting grounds that are the last hunts. Skip straight to the end! There are bullets there, anyways!
And yeah, no different endings :(
The idea was there, but didn't have time!
Also, that last text is just to make people sure it happened. Yeah, if your partner dies, you always do, too. I got inspired from The Road, and how the dad cared for the kid, and if the kid died, he probably would have shot himself in the moment.
