One stating anime sucks, because people saying that will feel awesomely hardcore, and one stating they like anime. Because people that say they like anime are more probable to speak the truth, since most anime-enjoyers are hated without some kind of reason.

The anime varies, from incredibly bad graphics, bad voice play and off key speech to vibrent anime with perfect lip sync, incedible special effects the works. I like anime, but it varies from show to show.

Anime is fucking shit and anyone who likes it needs to be horribly killed.

Except Code Geass, which is an amazing masterpiece for really smart people.

It depends entirely on the show.

Saying you like Anime is like saying you like Sci-Fi, or Horror, or Action.
That could mean you like what you consider the best in the genre, or what is considered by others to be the worst in the genre.

Let me put it this way:
The Shining is a Horror film, and has Jack Nicholson acting.
House of Wax is a Horror 'film' with Paris Hilton 'acting'

Serenity and Star Wars are Sci-Fi.
Then again, the newer Star Wars episodes are also Sci-Fi, and so are a shitton of the horribly bad films featured on Mystery Science Theater 3000

Ah well, I tend to be one of the guys that likes Anime he watched as a kid, the somewhat smart Anime, or even the stupidly violent and fun Anime.

My feelings for Anime in general are mixed, because I hate moronic fanboys and weeaboos greatly, and I hate the typical "Anime Humor" which I find atrociously stupid, because it's either jokes about tits or references to other Anime, both of which are very dead horses. I, however, still enjoy shows and movies that I think are of a good quality.

If you bash it because it comes from Japan, you're an idiot.
If you bash it because some shows aren't that good, you're a moron.
If you like it just because it comes from some other country, you're a moron.

I really, really don't get this SUB IS BETTER THAN DUB ALWAYS mentality. English dubbing isn't perfect, but neither is Japanese voice acting. Tons of shows in their original language have atrocious acting. The majority of BAD English dubs are also for bad shows, so try watching some anime that's not total garbage for once in your miserable fucking lives.

I also love the trend of people dismissing things they've never seen because "looks gay" or "it's old". Jesus H. Christ, you goddamn kids, keep watching your moe mindrot and miss out on the real good stuff. It seems like anything not brimming with CUTE GIRLS or SUPER VIOLENCE or (probably worst of all) WACKY COMEDY is instantly written off as bad by far too many anime fans.

I think it depends on what anime it is because there arre realy good ones and not good ones.

Dragonball rapes any anime that was ever spawned. Exept GT which wasnt even directed by the original creator.

Bleach is also good, and naruto is an anime thats kinda overestimating itself in the fact that they're supposed to be NINJAS but dont do SHIT real ninjas do.

Deathnote I hate deathnote beacuse the only action you'll ever see in it is the sparks flying off a peice of paper from Light writing on it so fast. I mean seriusly, what a bigger pussish way to kill someone than by writing their name down on a scrapbook? they get no fighting chance or nuthin.

Most animes suck beacuse they try to be funny at times when their jokes are actually either really lame or ridiculously perverted.

THe only anime i can think of that made me genuinely laugh was Dragonball Z.

anime's for the most part arnt that bad, but alot of them are kiddish, im sure theres at least ONE anime a person likes, they just havnt found it yet. Animes venture outta the cartoon relm and act almost like a real show, just drawn.
